Managing neurodiversity at work

Practical training for managers, coaches and people professionals

A 3-hour interactive course covering seven neurodivergent conditions, the Equality Act 2010 duty to make reasonable adjustments, and confident language for disclosure and performance conversations. You'll learn a co-creation framework for adjustments and the legal risk of managing performance before adjustments are in place. Includes two group case studies and a 20-question CPD assessment.

You'll be able to:

  • Recognise how ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other profiles show up at work
  • Co-create reasonable adjustments instead of imposing them top-down
  • Handle disclosure conversations without freezing or overpromising
  • Spot the legal risk before it lands on your desk

Coaching neurodivergent individuals

Building confidence and competence

A self-paced course for coaches who are seeing more clients disclose ADHD, autism or dyslexia — and want to support them ethically and effectively. Covers adapted GROW and CLEAR coaching models, masking and intersectionality, neurodivergent burnout, and the language that builds trust instead of reinforcing shame. Drawn from 1,000+ hours of coaching practice with late-diagnosed adults.

You'll be able to:

  • Adapt GROW and CLEAR for neurodivergent clients
  • Use validation language that reduces shame

Kim To

Certified ADHD Coach · Neurodiversity Consultant · LinkedIn Top Voice

Hi, I'm Kim. I'm a Certified ADHD Coach, neurodiversity consultant and AI innovator, with over 1,000 hours of coaching experience — much of it dedicated to supporting late-diagnosed ADHD women navigating work and identity. I also have lived experience of combined ADHD and dyslexia, which gives me a deeply personal perspective on how brains work differently — and how brilliantly.

Over the past four years, I've delivered training for global organisations including LSE and The Open University, and I'm recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice for neurodiversity innovation. My mission is to make understanding neurodiversity radically more accessible, inclusive, and practical.
