Practical training for managers, coaches and people professionals
A 3-hour interactive course covering seven neurodivergent conditions, the Equality Act 2010 duty to make reasonable adjustments, and confident language for disclosure and performance conversations. You'll learn a co-creation framework for adjustments and the legal risk of managing performance before adjustments are in place. Includes two group case studies and a 20-question CPD assessment.
You'll be able to:
- Recognise how ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other profiles show up at work
- Co-create reasonable adjustments instead of imposing them top-down
- Handle disclosure conversations without freezing or overpromising
- Spot the legal risk before it lands on your desk
