Module 01
Name seven neurodivergent conditions and describe their workplace traits. Explain the manager's legal duty. Articulate the human and business case for neurodiversity-aware management.

Module 02
Explain the spikey profile and its implications for performance. Identify executive, sensory and communication challenges. Distinguish between a neurodivergent trait and a performance or attitude issue.

Module 03
Explain the legal duty and the consequence of refusal. Categorise and suggest adjustments. Apply the five-step conversation framework. Know when and how to involve HR.
